Introduction

Management is a structured career. As an activity, its purpose is to make the best use of resources available - human, material, money, equipment, time - in order to achieve the given objective. The quality of the BBA programme has become important for positioning oneself in the job market. The business school are where you pursue your degree would eventually decide your future career.
The K.N.I. BBA program provides students with the knowledge and technical skills necessary to understand the modern business world, to prepare for subsequent graduate work, and to achieve the highest levels of success in their professional careers. Students earn a Bachelor degree that takes a general management perspective. Course work is fully integrated with university's liberal arts curriculum, allowing students to gain a broad perspective on business management and its environment. Students are challenged to develop creative and innovative solutions to contemporar business problems and to develop leadership skills and a sense of community service through curricular and extracurricular activities.
Good communications skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude are essential for doing justice to a BBA programme. Skills and personal qualities which can enhance the value for a BBA are an ability to get along well with and be respected by people at all levels, natural authority, business acumen, numerical ability, unflappability in times of crises, organising ability, self-confidence, realizance and a fairly thick skin, enjoyment of power and responsibility and mental energy.
Our extra and co-curricular activities regimen is aimed just at developing these qualities in the students.

Course Highlight
The programme equips you with fundamental skills and knowledge essential for managing the key areas of organisations; accounting, human resource management, quantitative methods, marketing and operations management. In addition, it gives you the choice of following specialist options, such as computing, and also takes you to the industry for a summer internship of 8 weeks.
The intensive curriculum is an important part of a student's preparation for the complex business issues of our times.
